In order to meet the requirements of high precision micro-machining parts,high speed micro cutting system become one of the hot research.So a high speed micro cutting system has designed.Firstly,the theory method of high speed cutting technology has analyzed,and the key factors to be considered in the design of high speed micro cutting system with good performance are developed.A micro cutting model is established to meet the actual micro cutting process.The concept,influence factors and influence to micro machining system of minimum cutting thickness and size effect in micro cutting process is described, which provide theoretical basis for the design of high speed micro cutting system.According to the characteristics of the machining parts, the motion distribution and structure layout of the high speed micro cutting system are proposed,determined the overall design scheme of the system.The three dimensional assembly model of the system has established by using the software of CATIA.In order to ensure the design accuracy of the system, distributed the accuracy of the system.And the accuracy of the system is verified by the calculation results.Then according to the practical requirements of the system,select and design each subsystem.The finite element analysis of the high speed electric spindle which is the key parts of the system were analyzed by using the software of ANSYS Workbench16.0,and get the static stiffness, natural frequency and harmonic response of the spindle.Then,get the static analysis and modal analysis of the high speed micro cutting system.The rationality of the simulation is verified by the experimental tests.The deformation of the supporting frame is relatively large by observing the static deformation and vibration mode,so take the supporting frame as an important research object in the further optimization design.In the software CATIA,the parametric model of the support frame is established by using the theory of mechanical optimization design.The optimal design of the supporting frame is completed by the response surface optimization analysis tool in the software ANSYS Workbench16.0.By comparing the natural frequency of the optimized,verified the rationality of structural optimization,lay the foundation of the design and manufacture for practical high speed micro cutting system.
