With the mining depth increase of coal mine, coal and gas outburst hazard degree is serious, has seriously affected the safe production of the mine, and mining protective layer as economic effective regional outburst prevention measures shall be adopted priority. Based on tilt upper protective layers of coal seams in Jueguangsi Coal Mine 24 mining area as the research background, in the mining of deeply inclined protective layer on the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field investigation, on the basis of study the sensation of light temple outburst coal mining protective layer on the scope of protection and elimination effect.Studied the coal mining protective layer on the protection scope and outburst elimination effect on the basis of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and spot investigation.In the the oretical aspect, Studied the change law of the stress and displacement in protected seam under upper protective layers of coal seams mining. The study shows that the stress of coal and rock mass is affected by the mining of upper protective layer, and the coal and rock mass in the bottom layer of protective layer exhibits the law of stress concentration, stress relief and recovery after mining.According to numerical simulation, Analyzed the change rule of vertical stress change,displacement and the distribution of the plastic zone.Confirm the protection range of the protective layer on the tendency and direction. The results showed that according to the rule of stress and pressure relief protection of five coal mining along the tendency of the protective layer on the upper and lower pressure relief Angle 72° and 78° respectively. Along the direction of the pressure relief Angle is 58.5 °. According to the deformation rule of 2456 working face of coal seam mining protection along the tendency of the upper and lower pressure relief Angle 69 ° and 75 ° respectively. Along the direction of the pressure relief Angle is 55 °.Investigate the protected seam of Jueguangsi Coal Mine 24 area coal mine on the basis of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, Analyses the investigation area gas pressure,gas flow and permeability coefficient variation law, Determine the scope of the gas parameters change of “Four-zone”.Calculated the protection range of the Jueguangsi Coal Mine's protective laye, the protective layer on the tendency of the upper pressure relief Angle is 68.5°, tend to be lower pressure relief is 74.2 °; Along the direction of the pressure relief Angle is 56.5°. Protected by protective layer within the scope of gas pressure from1.5Mpa~2.12 MPa to 0.1Mpa~0.4MPa; Gas content from 18.38m3/t dropped below 4.28 m3/t;Coal seam permeability coefficient was increased by more than 600 times, the results show that 5# coal mining protective layer can effectively reduce the 6# protected seam's gas outburst risk of coal and outburst elimination effect is good.
