| Malachite green(MG) is a kind of polymer with three aromatic amines and accompanied sterilization and anthelmintic functions. Due to the effects of potentially carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic, malachite green has been prohibited to be used in our country, but it is still being used illegally. The detection methodology, metabolic pattern and residues of malachite green are aroused widely concerned to researchers.This article was based on the standard of GB/T19857-2005(the detection of MS and crystal violet in aquatic products) to detect the residual MG and metabolite in the muscle and serum of grass crap. The pretreatment method has been optimized, the metabolic rule of MG was investigated, and the residual MG in grass crap of Qingyuan was also surveyed. The results are as follows:(1) The optimization of sample pretreatment of grass crap. Optimization pretreatment method of fat removal was extracted by chloroform and then pass neutral alumina could improve the effect on recovery. Evaporation temperature was at 40? could chopped concentration time and improved the comprehensive detective efficiency.(2) The study of malachite green metabolic rule in grass crap. The metabolic rule was studied by the water immersion exposed to MG, the metabolic rule of MG was concordant with a two-compartment open model. MG was fast absorbed, widely distributed and slowly eliminate in the muscle and serum. The residual of MG and LMG was lasting for 30 d and 70 d respectively.(3) The investigation of malachite green residues in grass carp in the market. MG in grass crap has been detected in the city of Qingyuan. The results showed that no MG and related compounds was detected. It concluded that the safety of grass crap was optimistic in Qingyuan.Sample pretreatment of grass crap sample, malachite green metabolic rule and malachite green residues in grass carp were studied in this article. And the results laid a solid foundation in malachite green residues of grass carp. |
