Biomimetic as a natural means of human learning provides new vitality to the industrial technology innovation. With the biomimetic principle of being perfect, high-precision micro-bionic digital geometric modeling is a challenging task. Based on bionic micro-structure analysis, this paper focuses on the geometrical modeling of bionic micro-structure. The main tasks are as following.(1) For the problem of micro-structure modeling, we have proposed both inside and outside parametric design method of micro-structural units. Surface micro-structure is based on the real reconstruction model of shark denticle and then semantic parameters are defined and the deformation edit system is constructed and the structure parametric design is realized. Besides, the internal micro-structure focuses on the porous structure constructed by the implicit surface and the algorithm of modelling the density-controllable porous structure is realized.(2) For the geometric modelling to arrange the surface micro-structures, the arrangement optimizing algorithm based on the surface vector field is proposed. Firstly, the micro-structure arrangement law on the biological surface is researched. And then the discrete mesh surface vector field spread algorithm and the Centroidal Voronoi Tessellations algorithm are combined to control unit direction field of surface micro-structure and distinguish object surface part. In the end, geometric arrangement modeling of micro-structure can be realized by merging the micro-structure and the target grid unit seamlessly based on the mesh fusion technique.(3) This paper proposes an internal supporting structure modeling method for awareness density based on physical properties of porous microstructure modeling. Firstly, the internal micro-structure optimization algorithms based on stress analysis are researched. The stress distribution of 3D objects is estimated through analyzing the cross-sectional structure to estimate minimum infilling rate. Then the density controllable porous structure ensures the enough strength of object. Besides, this paper proposed an internal supporting structure modeling method based on center of mass. Density and Center of Mass Function is set up and solved to realize the balance optimization modeling based on the given constraint of mass and center of mass.
