China is a great power of coal production and consumer, and high production demand and special environment make the coal miners work intensively and stressfully. Chinese coal enterprises produce with relatively high accident rate as a whole. According to relevant statistics, over 90 percent of coal production accidents in our country are caused by unsafe behavior of people. Therefore, to study factors affecting human unsafe behavior is very significant to control coal miners' unsafe behavior, and it could reduce the probability of occurrence of coal mine accidents and improve safety level of coal production greatly. This paper focus on fatigue which affects coal miners' unsafe behavior to reaserch the relationship between coal workers' fatigue and unsafe behavior by using the method of physiology parameter measurement of coal mine employees.First of all, based on the literature review, the concept, classification, influence factors and formation mechanism of coal miners' unsafe behavior are summarized and analyzed. The concept and forming process of fatigue which is an important factor of human unsafe behavior were summarized, and the factors influcing fatigue in the process of coal miners' behavior are analyzed. Combining previous scholars' research, it selectes heart rate, respiration rate, EMG, ECG, EEG, eye movement, serum creatine kinase, testosterone, cortisol and T/C as the physiological characteristic parameters to measure.Secondly, it tries to build the measurement system of unsafe behavior and fatigue including 9 parts, the acquisition system of behavioral data(Captiv physiological index tester), test instrument of focusing attention abilit, the test instrument of arms coordination ability, the test instrument of hands coordination ability, Tobbi eye movement analysis system, the biochemical immunity analyzer, the chemiluminescence detector, the dynamic EEG recorder and the electrocardiogram machine to discuss the relationship between fatigue and unsafe behavior. 20 subjects are selected and stimulated with fatigue to carry out the experimental study. It reserches subjects' changes of physiological indexes and behavior ability before and after fatigue. The results show that, the coal miner are more prone to errors, accuracy level and efficiency of operation decrease, attention to subjects lapeses in fatigue statues. Meanwhile, a number of physiological indexes change obviously before and after the fatigue.Finally, according to the behavior ability and physiological index of the subjects before and after fatigue, multiple stepwise regression analysis model is established to determine the the relationship between physiological indexes and behavior ability indexes before and after fatigue. On the basis of this relationship, it puts forward the corresponding prevention and control measures of the miners' unsafe behavior to reduce the unsafe behavior due to fatigue.
