In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization process in China and gradually increase the level of social life, coupled with people's growing awareness of environmental protection, urban water environment has attracted more and more attention. For a long time, point source pollution is considered to be the main factors causing the deterioration of surface water environment. Therefore, a number of measures to reduce point source emissions for the purpose of being put into practice and achieved a certain economic and social benefits. However, under the premise of point source pollution has been controlled,the non-point source pollution is the main factor in the deterioration of the water body.Based on “Sponge city” in the low impact development of stormwater management concept, combined with principle of water filter and improved based on the original rain grate to design, develop, and the new generation rain grate, and put into use in a park in Chongqing city. Study on the correlation between runoff scouring effect of initial and storm water runoff all pollutant indexes and in different packing conditions to test the new stormwater grate of urban runoff water quantity control efficiency and quality control performance, and gives a relatively complete new stormwater grate sub evaluation method.Under different combination conditions and different rainfall intensity, rain oliveri of rainfall diameter flow cut reduction are different from each other and presents some rules and characteristics. New stormwater grate on runoff delaying time 3.0~7.3 min, on runoff cut reduction in 198~766 m L, equivalent to absorb ranging mm of rainfall runoff, the effective mitigation of municipal drainage pipe network pressure, compared with previous rain grate, the advantage obviously.The correlation between runoff initial scouring effect and the pollutants analysis show that the runoff of pollutants in stormwater EMC values were: TN 1.88~4.54 mg / L, TP 0.47~ 2.88 mg / L, NH3-N 0.21~ 2.06 mg / L, NO3-N 0.14 ~ 0.97 mg / L cod 163 ~ 259 mg / L, SS 25~123 mg / L, urban rainfall runoff by containing pollutants initial scour effect(FFE) and dilution effects of co-existence and initial scouring effect is the main. Each kind of pollutant mean FF30 between 1.10~1.64, pollutants average initial scour strength size relationships are as follows. FF30(SS) > FF30(NO3-N) > FF30(TP) > FF30(COD) > FF30(TN) > FF30(NH3-N), FF30(SS) was 1.64 said before rainfall of 30% runoff containing whole rainfall 49.2% of the SS, showed the strongest initial scouring effect compared with other pollutants. In addition, there is a good correlation between the pollutants, the correlation coefficient 0.372~0.819 between R. Taking the correlation coefficient of each pollutant index and SS as an example, its correlation coefficient between 0.372~0.691, its correlation coefficient RTP,SS>RTN,SS>RNO3-N,SS>RCOD,SS>RNH3-N,SS?Under the condition of different filler combinations, new stormwater grate on the rainfall runoff pollutants removal effect monitoring results show that: when the stormwater pollutant concentrations of TN 1.88~4.54 mg / L, TP 0.47~ 2.88 mg / L, NH3-N 0.21~ 2.06 mg / L, NO3-N 0.14 ~ 0.97 mg / L cod 163 ~ 259 mg / L, SS 25~123 mg / L.New stormwater grate on the corresponding pollutants removal rate in 0 ~ 69.9%,-9.6% ~64.8%, 0% ~ 76.8%,- 11.4% ~ 65.3%, 0% ~ 36.1% and 14.8% to 31.7%, to reduce non-point source pollution in urban road to an important role.Based on the test results, new stormwater grate on urban rainfall diameter water quantity control, water quality control has a more significant effect, has certain effect on reducing non-point source pollution in urban road. To realize popularization and application of new stormwater grate, also put forward the evaluation and maintenance methods.
