Penicillin production wastewater,which is complexity in components,is typical recalcitrant industrial wastewater.Due to the residue of Penicillin,NH3-N and the large of amount sulfate,conventional biological treatment is not the best practice,or compliant with the national industrial wastewater discharge standards.Therefore,finding a pertinent strategy and efficient method that degrade recalcitrant organics in Penicillin production wastewater is extremely urgent.The dominant bacteria in this study was screened from activated sludge of wastewater treatment plant,measuring the dehydrogenase activity strains,choosing the strains with high dehydrogenase activity,studied the penicillin production wastewater degradation performance,and identified the strains,in order to provide reference for penicillin production wastewater treatment.TTC-dehydrogenises activity method was used on the 17 strains,3 strains with high dehydrogenate activity,and strong degradation capability was screened out:JL3,JL5 and JL16.The dehydrogenate activity results are as follows;25.067?g/?mL·h?,28.667?g/?mL·h?,29.800?g/?mL·h?.During the Penicillin wastewater degradation properties experiment,it has been discovered that the best cultivation condition for JL3 to degradation Penicillin production wastewater is:Penicillin wastewater perentages 60%,cultivation temperature 35?,starting pH value 8,shaking speed 160 r/min,volume of bacteria 10mL?10%?,the degradation rate for CODCr is 70.6%.The best cultivation condition for JL5 to degradation Penicillin production wastewater is:Penicillin wastewater percentage 60%,cultivation temperature 30?,starting pH value 7,shaking speed 160 r/min,volume of bacteria 10mL?10%?,the degradation rate for CODCr is 74.8%.The best cultivation condition for JL16 to degradation Penicillin production wastewater is:Penicillin wastewater percentage 60%,cultivation temperature 35?,starting pH value 7,shaking speed 160 r/min,volume of bacteria 10mL?10%?,the degradation rate for CODCr is 82.7%.Using orthogonal experiment,studied how the proportion in the mixed dominant bacteria influence the degradation effect of Penicillin production wastewater,the results showed,the proportion of volume of JL3:JL5:JL16 is 2:2:5,the degradation rate for CODCr is 86.1%.Using BIOLOG Gen? MicroStatioTM automatic microorganism identification instrument to test strains JL3,JL5 and JL16,the test results are,JL3 is Brachymonas denitrificans,JL5 is Stenotrophomonas rhizophila,JL16 is Micrococcus endophyticus.
