A Brief Research On Ecological Civilization Construction Of The Jincheng City Of Shanxi Province

With the development of modernization,a series of ecological environment problems have seriously restricted the development of social economy,and the construction of ecological civilization has become the inevitable choice to face the reality.On the 17th CPC National Congress,the high cost of resources and environment is the main bottleneck of the construction of ecological civilization.On the 18th CPC National Congress,the problems of resources and environment are still main influencing factors of the construction of ecological civilization and the construction of ecological civilization has promoted to new heights as important as the political,economic,cultural and social construction,and has became the key ring of "the five-pronged approach".During the period of 13th Five-Year,comprehensively deepen reform will be decisive results and the economic development of shanxi jincheng will step on a new level.As a typical resource-based cities,there is very important for shanxi jincheng to adjust the development strategy of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.This text is based on the strategic task of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,and analyzes the relevant theoretical background and issues,and selects shanxi jincheng as the research object.and it focuses on the current situation,existing problems and causes of the ecological civilization construction,and puts forward the further improvement measures and suggestions through the analysis of the demonstration.This article is divided into five parts.The introduction mainly expounds purposes and significance of the research,and analyzes the research situation both at home and abroad,and does a simple summary of the main research methods and aims.The first part defines concepts on ecological civilization and ecological civilization construction and combs the important theories,and provides a theoretical basis for further argument.The second part focuses on a resource-based city called shanxi jincheng and introduces the specific environment and achievements on ecological civilization construction.The third part analyses the ecological problems in jincheng city and expounds the ecological civilization construction ills and reasons.The last part provides the improvement methods of solving the problems,such as training the concept of ecological civilization,improving the system of ecological civilization,accelerating the natural ecological management,paying attention to the protective exploitation of ecological tourism and enhancing the ability of the comprehensive development of coal.And this article hopes to put forward measures and suggestions for the construction of ecological civilization of jincheng,shanxi,and provides some references for the construction of ecological civilization of other cities in our country.
