Pueraria with the value of medicine and food in our country has rich resources.Processing puerariae radix starch are made by puerarin in peeling,slicing,protecting color,cooking,drying,elt.puerariae radix starch keeps puerarin flesh color,flavor,and contains fresh puerarin in all other than the skin of dry matter,such as starch,isoflavones,minerals,alkaloids,etc,which keeps puerarin fresh flavor and nutritional value of puerarin.Mixing puerariae radix starch directly or unappropriate has Raw phenomenon.So making puerariae radix starch need cold water first,and boiling wate after to put into starch thicken,which is very cumbersome.As a result,production of instant puerariae radix starch meets the needs of nowadays fast-paced life,and can improve the economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit of pueraria.Making puerariae radix starch directly is easy to agglomerate,the reason is that the amylose of puerariae radix starch are abundan,it will not swelling in boiling water.So it is difficult to gelatinizate.In order to solve the problems,this study is by adding sucrose,HHJ,baking powder as dispersing agent and wetting agent.Controling the gelatinization temperature and the product particle size to Improve the products of blunt tonality.Meanwhile,it needs the determination of products of products the viscosity of the paste,paste transparency to find material and additive,to find the influence law of the nature of the paste,in the case of guaranteeing good blunt tonality,to make the transparency of the viscosity of the paste and paste products achieve good results in the end.This paper studies the factors of additive amounts of saccharose,HHJ and baking powder.It analyzes the experimental result and influence of the additive amounts of ingredients on reconstituability,viscosity and transparency in a composite scoring method and obtains the optimum formula of the instant puerariae radix starch product.The optimum formula is: 60 g puerariae radix starch,6.5g saccharose,1.2g HHJ,1.6g baking powder.Fixed operating parameters are:19.5% water addition in granulation,70?drying temperature,55 min drying time and 45 rpm granulating machine speed.
