| The wastewater treatment of pharmaceutical factories may produce a large amount of pharmacy sludge that is characterized by high moisture content(70%-80%),no easy dehydration,poor stability and poisonous substance residue.It will cause damage to the environment as well as the health of human being if without proper disposition.Compare with traditional sludge treatment method,pyrolysis is a better way of disposing pharmacy sludge.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the pyrolysis characteristics of pharmacy sludge and pyrolytic oil for the pyrolysis treatment to pharmacy sludge.During this experiment,we conducted proximate analysis,elemental analysis,calorific value determination and heavy metal content to the pharmacy sludge.Then the pharmacy sludge thermogravimetric experiment was conducted,and we concluded that the pyrolytic process of pharmacy sludge can be divided into three stages: the water loss stage(35℃-200℃),the organic-matter degradation stage(200-600℃)and the residual organic compounds further degradation stage(600-800℃),with the weight loss ratio being 11%,34% and 11.8%,respectively.By thermal decomposition kinetics study in the way of Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and ?atava-?esták,we got the following conclusion: The activation energy of pharmacy sludge pyrolytic reaction in 280-360 ℃ is 85.67 KJ/mol,the most probable mechanism function [ ]3--)1ln(?;When in 280-360℃,the activation energy is150.42 KJ/mol,the the most probable mechanism function(7)(8)--11 1-?.By conducting physical and chemical analysis to the pharmacy sludge pyrolytic oil produced under the final temperature of 550 ℃,we got to know that the density of pharmacy sludge pyrolytic oil is 0.975g/cm3,the PH 9.51,the calorific value about 35MJ/kg,the moisture content after centrifugation 4.83%,the viscosity 2.58 cp,the acid value 80 mgKOH/g,the solid content 4.28 mg/g,the iodine value 29.82 gI/100 g,the oil flash point 38.6 ℃.By studying the combustion characteristics of pharmacy sludge pyrolytic oil,we found that the combustion performance improves with the increase of heating rate in a certain range,and the combustion is easier to perform.By analyzing the combustion kinetics of pyrolytic oil with Coats-Redfern method,we found that the reaction mechanism of the first stage is in line with the F3 model,the activation energy23.80 KJ/mol,while that of the second stage is in line with the D1 model,the activation energy 11.54 KJ/mol.With the help of pyrolytic oil distillation experiment under different distillation cut,we got the following conclusion: The pyrolytic oil contains Alkanes,Nitriles,Aromatics,Heterocyclics Sedative-Hypnotics,Ketones,Esters,Alkene and Dimethyl Disulfide,P-benzoic Acid,etc.As the temperature of distillation cut rises,the proportion of Alkanes and Nitriles decreases while that of the Aromatics and Heterocyclics Sedative-Hypnotics increases.By separating the pyrolytic oil with column chromatography,we got to know that the materials separate out from the trichloromethane layer mainly contains Benzene,alkene and alcohol;the Ethyl Acetate layer mainly contains Nitriles,Heterocyclic Sedative-Hypnotics and Phenols;the Methyl Alcohol layer mainly contains Acid Amides and Pyridine. |
