Pesticide residues test is a complicated and high-cost test item which needs many large types of equipment.Although some related test standards were issued, most of them direct at only 1 or a few compounds. On the other hand, the number of pesticides which restricted by most standards is almost up to dozens even to hundreds. Most test methods of issued standards are lack of practical utility due to the large number of compounds and different test conditions. With the quality and safety requirements improving by global market(esp.EU),test demand of pesticide residues is improving. So far, systematic and practical test methods were mainly developed by a few of foreign 3rd party test institutes which with market dominant positions.Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is the most widely used eco textile standard in the world.Determination method of 70 pesticides in textiles which restricted by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and some buyers was developed and evaluated.GC-ECD,GC-MS and LC-MS were used to test the 70 pesticides.Test parameters and instrument detection limits were acquired. With the precondition of little peak interference, the compounds were grouped by instrument type and retention time to improve test efficiency. For sample preparation,3 key processes were checked including extraction method(ultrasonic and Soxhlet),concentration method(rotary evaporation and termovap)and purification method(SPE and Syringe driven membrane filter). And the influencing factors to recovery in each process were summarized.Satisfactory result was acquired by the sample preparation with Soxhlet extraction, termovap concentration and syringe driven membrane filter purification(SPE when necessary).
