Warp knitted spacer fabric is refers to a kind of fabric which produced between the double needle bed raschel machine with special three-dimensional structure and is widely used for clothing shoes, filter materials, medical and health care products, etc. Current researchs on the performance of the warp knitted fabric only focused on the compression performance and As the application of warp knitted fabric, a single compression performance research is difficult to meet the actual demand. tensile properties and the three dimensional deformation research of warp knitted fabric. This topic has carried out a series of studies on fabric stretching mechanism and three dimensional stretching deformation relations.First of all, warp knitted space fabrics tensile mechanism were studied. The tensile property of two surface layers of warp knitting fabric with different structure parameters had been test. The fabric tensile curve and the characteristics of the initial modulus, influence of surface layers and wall layer to whole fabric were discussed. At the same time, the effects of drawing direction on the tensile properties of interval of fabric were also discussed.Then, three dimensional tensile deformation was researched through the measure method with the digital camera filming the tensile process. The method could measure the scale change precisely. The topic drawed the three-dimension stress curve line and the relation curve of three dimension strain and analyzed the feature of curve in different stages.At the end, This topic done the deep research on coil stretch deformation of warp knitted fabric. The topic film the tensile deformation process of warp knitted fabric used Dino- Lite USB digital microscope photograph,measured the thickness of the fabric, coil circle highness and coil circle breadth and observed bending deformation of interval filaments. The topic analysed warp and weft tensile deformation process of fabric, researched the deformation in different stages. The topic set up the six-points models about the coil circle and deduced the relation between the lateral strain and axial strain of the model. At the end, the deformation equation was compared with the experiment curve and the error was analyzed.The topic research can provide the theoretical guidance to the more application of warp knitted fabric and the theoretical understanding of coil circle deformation. The research result has practical application value to a certain degree.
