2-?Dinitromethylene?-1,3-diazacyclopentane ?DNDZ? was synthesized using FOX-7 as raw material, which is one important derivative of the nucleophilic reaction of FOX-7, DNDZ is a novel energetic material and exhibits superior properties of high energy and insensitivity. In our laboratory, DNDZ was employed as the main ligand, organic amine solution was used as ancillary ligand, the coordination reaction of DNDZ and metal ?Cd, Zn? were achieved, in the reaction process, the cleavage reaction of DNDZ happened firstly and N-2-aminoethyl-2,2-dinitroacetamide?ADNA? was generated. Five complexes were prepared, two of them were DNDZ complexes, three of them were ADNA complexes, and four single crystals of the complexes were prepared. Meanwhile, crystal structures of these complexes were determined by X-ray diffractometer. Data were analysed, furthermore, molecular structure, intermolecular interaction and crystal packing were known. Continuous specific heat capacities of Cd?NH3?4?DNDZ?2, [Cd?CH3NH2?2?ADNA?2]n, [Cd?C2H5NH2?2?ADNA?2]n and Zn?NH3?2?DNDZ?2 were measured using Micro-DSC ? instrument. On the foundation of Cp equation, we calculate the standard molar heat capacitie ?298.15 K?, the values are:642.0,608.6,636.6 and 521.3 J·mol-1·K-1. And estimate their adiabatic times-to-explosion, the results are:59.4,22.7,48.6 and 64.3 s. Impact sensitivity of Cd?NH3?4?DNDZ?2, [Cd?NH3?2?ADNA?2]n, [Cd?CH3NH2?2?ADNA?2]n, [Cd?C2H5NH2?2?ADNA?2]n and Zn?NH3?2?DNDZ?2 were determined to evaluate the thermal stability the values are 20,18,17,11 and 15 J, respectively.
