The Techno-economic Analysis On The Treatment Process Of Urban Domestic Sewage Treatment Plant

China is short of water resources, which is one of the posttest countries in the world,and many cities have emerged the phenomenon of water stress. With the urbanization process in China, the growth rapid of urban population, and the urban water pollution problem has become increasingly prominent.The problem which lacks of the urban sewage treatment capacity and the limit of the invested funds of sewage treatment should be resolved. Therefore, how to make use of the limite funds to choicea sewage treatment plant which has advanced technology and reasonable economic characteristics is very importantBased on the comprehensive analysis of the sewage treatment process technology, and built on an urban sewage treatment technology economic evaluation system. Based on fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive analysis of municipal sewage treatment plant process technical and economic evaluation index system is proposed. The final purpose aims to find out a way of the technical and economical analysis and evaluation,which can preferred the best Sewage Treatment Process Wastewater Treatment Plant.In this study, we obtained the following findings:(1) Construction a set of system of a municipal sewage treatment plant Process Evaluation System Technology. Established a "target layer-Layer Guidelines-Guidelines for child layer" Three hierarchy technology economic evaluation index system, which is divided into technical indicators,economic indicators, and environmental indicators in layers guidelines. Selected a quantitative indicators of urban sewage treatment plant,which has a total of 14 evaluation process, including five qualitative indicators and nine quantitative indicators.(2) It is based on the Fuzzy mathematical calculation that determined the index system of weights. In the three categories of criteria layers, the weight of economic indicators is 0.515,technieal indicators 0.377,environmental indicators 0.108.It is obvious that economic indicators have the greatest impact, and environmental indicators have the minimum.(3) Establishing a municipal sewage treatment plant technical and economic evaluation model, and putting forward of a calculation method. The program of urban sewage treatment plant can be evaluated by the Evaluation Model,and a optimal solution can be preferred.(4) Using the Evaluation Index System and the Evaluation Model to comprehensive evaluation of the city sewage treatment plant three processes plan.The results shows that the program II (FBR process) is the best In summary,Evaluating Index System and Evaluation Model established indicators readily available, convenient calculation, and a higher reliability by the evaluation results than others.
