Currently,application of nanofluids in solar energy is research hotspot.In this paper,the nanofluid with solar set modeling heat and heat exchange device combination,nanofluids based on different in base fluid for thermal properties and thermal characteristics,the design of the heating elements heat,solar energy,heat pipe heat and water bath heat transfer experiment,research,analysis of the nano fluid material,volume fraction and solar radiation of light according to the intensity of the heat transfer,thermal properties of the impact.The experimental results show that:?1?The use of MWCNTs nanofluid for the heat dissipation of a heating element,has a good heat transfer performance.Compared with the commonly used Al2O3 nanoparticles,carbon nanotubes nanoparticles cooling capacity.Therefore,carbon nanotubes were selected as the nano materials for heat transfer experiment.?2?The concentration of MWCNTs nanofluid has an obvious influence on the heat collection ability of the solar heat collection device,and increases with the increase of the volume fraction of the nanofluid.Different heat collecting device of the heat collecting efficiency of different,coating heat collecting pipe of the heat collecting efficiency to high transparent tube 17.9%,visible,set heating device for heating and heat collecting efficiency has a great influence.In addition,the influence of thermal mass on the solar heat collector is different.In the heat collection and heat collection efficiency,compared with the H2 O,the heat collection efficiency can be higher than 7.2%,and the heat collection efficiency can be higher than 57.67 kJ.It can be seen that the nanofluid has a good application prospect in the field of solar energy collection.?3?In the base fluid adding MWCNTs help to improve for the thermal conductivity of the thermal fluid,enhances the water bath experiment for thermal efficiency and storage efficiency.Therefore,under the same conditions,and water compared to heat collecting nanofluid has better heat transfer performance,so nano fluids used in solar heat storage device will have good prospects for development.Therefore,MWCNTs nanofluid in the simulation of the solar system experiments,thermal conductivity and the significant improvement in the thermal power,can significantly improve the simulation of solar heating device set heat storage and thermal efficiency,strengthen the set of heat transfer characteristic of the heat capacity.The practical application in the field of solar thermal collection,is a new type of refrigerant heat set very effective heat transfer performance.
