Texture surface modification is applied to improve the tribological property of material surface and restricted experiment condition,computer simulation technology and numerical analysis method are also utilized to conduct the tribology research on modified surface.And the methods of controlling property of surface appearance,solving problem of surface formation of three-dimensional vein and established contact surface model are conducted to break the boundedness of surface appearance's research because of complexity and randomness surface appearance:(1)Based on the surface formation of three-dimensional vein,the paper studies the effect that surface's vein texture impacted on tribology,and the characterization methods of topography parameters of texture surface.Then through the way of converting two-dimensional to three-dimensional to contribute to tribological simulation of texture surface modification.(2)The paper summaries the research of surface formation of three-dimensional vein and generation technology of real contact surface.Then,MATLAB is utilized to realize the convert from two-dimensional to three-dimensional.Finally compiling the corresponding program.All of which have completed tasks and simplified the job duties.(3)Conducting compression testing on synthetic surface texture of different molecular weight,and gain the deformation rule of contact surface of different molecular weight.Studying the relationship between molecular weight and elasticity modulus and material stress-strain curve.Analyzing the application value that true stress and true strain of materials put on tribology experiment or simulation.(4)Introducing correlation theories established by contact model of veining surface.And based on calculation software exploited for contact model that have been build,the prediction of tribological property of veining surface is realized.(5)Two different softwares are applied to conduct tribological simulation of texture surface.Then introducing the function and usage of calculation software exploited for contact model,conducting computational analysis and tribological simulation of several types of surface veins and make a summary and comparison.Finally,MATLAB is applied to three dimensional visually demonstrate the tribological simulation of texture surface modification.
