With the improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to their health. In this context, high-quality edible oil has become more and more popular, among which camellia oleifera oil is being used by more and more people. When camellia oleifera oil is produced, there are many camellia oleifera processing remainders (CJS) which cannot go through reasonable utilization. In this paper, the remainders were extracted by using biomass refining technology, the properties of modified camellia oleifera processing remainder (GCJSY) and the application in the dryer stripping, foamed concrete, silk degumming and paper surface sizing were studied. In the first chapter, the emulsifying properties of GCJSY were studied, GCJSY composite emulsifier of effectively emulsifying engine oil was prepared, and the engine oil emulsion as stripping agent for paper dryer stripping, got better stripping effect than the products used by the factory. In the second chapter, through the investigation of GCJSY, several synthetic surface active agents and foaming property and stability of combination, the air-entraining agent for solid and liquid in concrete with excellent foaming property and stable foaming property were prepared. In the third chapter, the washing property of GCJSY was studied so as to hunt for a better silk degumming process through studying on GCJSY role in this process. In the fourth chapter, CJS liquefied and other biomass were made used of to replace phenol to improve the property of phenolic resin so that the synthetic products can be used in surface sizing of paper. The above research has dvantages that CJS can be fully utilized through the process of "turning waste into treasure" and turning the added of the camellia oleifera industry into reality.
