Monitoring the concentration of mercury, arsenic and selenium is very important for assessing the degree of contamination of sewage, soil, increasing attention in environmental monitoring, the existing standard(HJ694-2014?HJ680-2013)of mercury, arsenic and selenium by atomic fluorescence method for the determination of single channel are measured individually, can not meet the requirements of large quantities of samples. So it is important to measure the content of two elements simultaneously to improve the monitoring efficiency and to assess the environmental safety. This paper is devoted to the exploration of double channel simultaneous determination of arsenic and selenium in environmental samples by atomic fluorescence spectrometer content,The main results were as follows:1?By using microwave digestion system and atomic fluorescence spectrometer, research sample processing conditions(microwave digestion and Microwave Digestion Sample:HNO3 soil samples:HNO3+HC1)system and reducing agent(KBH4-NaOH)selection;optimal detection conditions of instrument(photomultiplier tube with negative pressure, lamp current, height of atomizer, the carrier gas and shielding gas flow)optimization.2?Through the precision experiment and recovery experiment, the optimal conditions are determined by the tests, the correlation coefficient was 0?1.0?g/L curve of mercury was 0.9993,the detection limit was 0.0028?g/L,the recovery rate was 103.8%;the correlation coefficient in the 0?10?g/L curve of arsenic was 0.9998,the detection limit was 0.0049?g/L,the recovery rate was 102.5%;correlation coefficient in 0?10?g/L curve of selenium was 0.9994,the detection limit was 0.0089?g/L,the recovery rate was 104.5%.3.The determination of arsenic and selenium under the optimum conditions, the arsenic in the 0?10?g/L curve was y=448.66x-6.7373,the correlation coefficient was 0.9991,the detection limit was 0.0015?g/L,the recovery rate was 101.8%;in 0?10?g/L curve was y=103.45x-23.862.The correlation coefficient was 0.9993,the detection limit was 0.0094?g/L,the recovery rate was 105.2%.4?After microwave digestion, the real environmental samples were determined by double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer.Arsenic and selenium of dual channel measurement method with standard(HJ694-2014?HJ680-2013)separate determination of arsenic and selenium comparison, the results showed that two methods had no significant difference. In the determination of water samples, the P value of Se was between 0.606-0.762,the P value of As was between 0.604-0.893.In the determination of soil, the P value of Se was between 0.328-0.824,the P value of As was between 0.462-0.947.The method of dual channel arsenic-selenium was simple to handle, rapid and accurate, and can be applied to the analysis of the laboratory, and has the practical economic benefits and popularizating value.
