High dielectric constant composite materials are widely used in the fields of stress-controlling,spacecraft,high frequency communications device,and thin-film capacitor.especially in electron component and Dielectric Storage.However,defects still exist in high dielectric constant composites because high dielectric loss.In order to achieve higher permittivity and lower dielectric loss,CCTO(CaCu3Ti4O12)nano fiber and CCTO particles doped composites were compared.Firstly,the suitable precursor solution are prepared by sol-gel method.the cupric acetate,calci?m nitrate,tetrabutyltitanate are introduced as main reagent.Secondly,large aspect ratio,uniform CCTO nanofiber were prepared by Electrospinning method.By regulating Electrospinning and solvent system parameters,CCTO nanofiber diameter can be controlled.inorganic salt concentration of precursor solution have an significant effect on the diameter of fiber.The flux of precursor solution have less impact on the diameter of fiber within a certain range.Thirdly,100 nm,1?m diameter CCTO nano fiber and nanoparticles nanocomposite films were prepared by melt bending method.The paper studied the dielectric property of 3 types of films through wide frequency band dielectric spectr?m.As a result,100 nm diameter CCTO nanocomposite film achieved the highest permittivity.Moreover,dielectric loss of the 100 nm diameter CCTO nanocomposite film is lower than that of nanoparticles doped film.
