In the production of biochar-based fertilizer granulation equipment, there is no biochar-based fertilizer production special equipment. Because the biochar-based fertilizer raw materials are similar to the organic fertilizer, the production equipment is mostly based on the improvement of organic fertilizer production equipment. At present, there are some problems in the organic fertilizer production equipment, such as structural redundancy, serious corrosion and low production efficiency,and the application of biochar-based fertilizer production equipment have been affected. This paper researches a new type of biochar-based Fertilizer granulator, improves the screw conveyor and extrusion forming apparatus and the die orifice plate structure of extrusion forming device, improve the production capacity, provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of a high performance biochar-based Fertilizer molding equipment.This paper in combination on the basis of the present situation of the domestic fertilizer granulation by theoretical analysis, computer simulation and experimental analysis of combination of methods to start the research work, the research work of this paper mainly includes following several aspects of content:1. The physical characteristics of the material was tested and obtained biochar-based material natural bulk density of the results in 83.24kg/m3?91.71kg/m3, The stacking angle of the material after crushing and mixing is between 35 °?45°, The largest static friction coefficient between carbon based material and metal material is 0.39?0.45, the sliding friction coefficient is about 0.33?0.37, these data provide a theoretical basis for the selection of machine tools and the determination of parameters.2. According to the physicochemical properties of carbon based materials with special requirements on the performance of carbon based molding equipment, and the basis of research at home and abroad granulation equipment working principle, determines the design of carbon based molding equipment. The forming process of the material was simulated on the universal testing machine, and the related data were recorded.3. In view of the present spiral extrusion granulation machine, the extrusion effect is poor, the forming rate is low. Designed to increase the pre extrusion conveying device, using a single root circle of tapered spiral conveying screw extrusion, the pre pressing of material raw material in the extrusion forming apparatus can be used to reduce the void ratio, thereby increasing the forming rate of the subsequent extrusion molding particles.4. Aiming at the screw extruder die orifice coefficient, low wear and short service life, improved the existing die hole plate hole area, the 45 degree circular debugging mode, opening rate is the highest, to ensure the granulation equipment production capacity, at the end of the die hole Banjin material add a chamfer, the material smoothly into the die hole, reducing the material in the entrance of the friction, increase the life of the orifice plate, reducing the energy consumption of the equipment.5. In this paper, the experimental design was regression of 3 factors quadric orthogonal revolving combination. The influence of relevant dimension parameters and operating parameters on the molding rate, particle strength and energy consumption of the equipment were analyzed respectively. By regression equation, the mathematical model is established, and the optimal parameter combination of each factor is found through the software, based on the optimal combination, the granulation experiment is carried out, and the working quality is good.
