In recent years,with the improvement of life quality,the new water purification materials have caused most of interest for researchers due to its excellent performance and the characteristics of convenience.Compared to the traditional methods of water purification(activated carbon;ultraviolet light;ultrafiltration membrane)which are limited to the raw material,the novel materials of water purification are studied as an efficient,functional and advanced technology.At present,there are a novel cryogel material based on various polymer with excellent properties has gradually become the main direction of current research,due to its advantages of high service life,good water purification efficiency and easy modification.Based on the previous studies,the cellulose nanocrystals/zine oxide hybrid materials have been fabricated by controlling the temperature and pH value,the spherical cellulose nanocrystal as template.The resultes have shown the excellent antibacterial capability and degradation of materials.Then,the novel smart cryogel with excellent physical property has been fabricated by the hybrids mixed with characteristic monomer.Using variety of characteristics,the mechanical property,water absorption property and antibacterial capability of the novel water purifying materials are studied in detail.Besides,the purifying capability of cryogels in practical application has been r evaluated.1.Preparation and characteristic of cellulose nanocrystal/zinc oxide nanohybrids.To control the different morphology of cellulose nanocrystal hybrids,there are some methods both modification of the spherical cellulose nanocrystal and different reaction condition.The process conditions are that lyocell cellulose are treated by mixed acid(CA and HCl)to prepared the spherical cellulose nanocrystal(SCNs).The turbid liquid of SCNs has been fabricated as 4.05 g/L by water.Then,In the proper zinc nitrate solution,the pH value of the mixture has been adjusted to 9.3,10.5 and 11,and been reacted in different temperature(90 oC,100 oC and 110 oC)for 2 h.FE-SEM image shows the flower-like nanorod structure,and XRD,FTIR shows the characteristic of zinc oxide hybrids.In the fit temperature,nanohybrids are excellent antibacterial materials.The antibacterial ratio is 100% to Escherichia coli and Streptococcus aureus.Under the Ultraviolet light,the hybrids have the ability of degradation to the dye and recycle,and the ratio of degradation reached 97.53%.Compared the previous CNC hybrids,the SCN/ZnO nanohybrids have the better morphology,antibacterial property,degradation ratio and used age,which afford a new way for the cellulose nanocrystal and be potential in water treatment and medical fileds.2.Preparation and characteristic of smart cryogels based on cellulose nanocrystal nanohybrids.Based on the materials and properties of cryogels,different polymers have different advantages.In this paper,the cryogels are prepared by dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and acrylamide,due to the polymer the cryogels have excellent physical properties and dual response properties.The smart cryogels with excellent antibacterial as purifying materials has been prepared by combining the cryogels and nanohybrids.As cryogel materials,the excellent absorbance of cryogel has been researched by FE-SEM.Due to the structure of cryogels,cryogels has the excellent absorbance and ratio of absobance.Cryogels have the excellent antibacterial properties due to the nanohybrids.For researching the properties of dual response,the properties of cryogel has been characterized by FTIR,XRD,UV-vis.There are more advantages comparing with the previous cryogels.Based on the existing research,cellulose nanocrystal has been prepared and controlled the structure of cryogels in this work.The smart cryogels with excellent physical and antibacterial properties has been prepared.The smart cryogels can be used in water purifying field and be potential in many fields.It is healthy for people.
