The current energy-resource structure in our country determines that coal will be the main energy source for a long time.However,there are two main problems in the use of coal:combustion efficiency and emission of pollutants.The efficient and clean utilization of coal resources has been one of the most important problems affecting social progress,economic development,environmental protection and so on.Coal fractional conveoal polygeneration technology is one of current the most promising system and coal pyrolysis is the most basic and key part of coal fractional conveoal polygeneration technology.In this article,the basic characteristics of coal pyrolysis and the second-reaction at high temperature are studied.First,different rank of coals such as Shenhua coal,Datong coal,Ximeng coal,Pingzhuang coal were conducted as the research object.laboratory equipment was chosed pipe furnace of fixed bed.The influences of partical size and pyrolysis temperature(300 ℃-700 ℃)on the characterization of yields of pyrolysis gas,component of pyrolysis gas,calorific value of pyrolysis gas.Yields of pyrolysis gas increase and calorific value of pyrolysis gas also increase with the increase of temperature,At the same time,the content of CO2 decreased and other gas increased.Yields of pyrolysis gas and calorific value of pyrolysis gas decrease with the increase of partical size.At the same time,the content of H2,CH4 decreased and CO,Co2 increased.Then the experimental research focus on secondary reaction about low temperature pyrolysis gas produced in pyrolysis furnace.The influences of secondary reaction on the characterization of yields of pyrolysis gas,component of pyrolysis gas,calorific value of pyrolysis gas.After secondary reaction,yields of pyrolysis gas increase and calorific value of pyrolysis gas decrease.The content of H2,CO decrease and CH4,CO2,O2+ increase.The main cause is methane catalytic reforming with carbon dioxide.Finally,the research focus on the influences of pyrolysis tar and pyrolysis semi-coke to secondary reaction.By comparing the different of difference pyrolysis gas can get the conclusion:pyrolysis tar cracking,condensation of semi-coke and catalytic action of char can increase yields of pyrolysis gas and accelerate secondary reaction.
