Since the 20th century,the wide use of chemical pesticides for agricultural production plays an important role.But because of the long-term unreasonable use of chemical pesticides,it has brought many adverse effects to the human body health and ecological environment.Therefore,the development and application of natural,safe and environmental friendly biological pesticide is imminently.Bacillus spp.is a common and from plant rhizosphere bacteria(PGPR).Bacillus spp.is widely used in the field of biological pesticide.It has certain effect to enhance plant disease resistance and promote growth.Harpin protein is a kind of produced by gram-negative plant pathogens may induce plants produce allergic reaction substance.It can be generated induced plant resistance to disease and insect resistance,and promote the growth of plants.We turn the experiment the environment release of genetically engineered Bacillus subtilis expressing Harpin in Jiangning district,Nanjing city,Jiangsu province.We chosen the fermented liquid of genetically engineered Bacillus subtilis 69HF expressing Harpin as the microbial agents,content bacteria 3×107 cfu/ml.We carried out the field experiment for tomatoes,including seed treatment,transplanting soaking root,and spraying in flower and fruit period.Investigation and statistics is necessary in some main periods of tomato growth.In the field experiment,Bacillus subtilis 69HF which expressing Harpin protein-coding genes increased the number of tomato fruit significantly.Compared with the controls,tomato candled by 69HF production increased by 22.02%;We chosen the fermented liquid of genetically engineered Bacillus subtilis 69HF expressing Harpin as the microbial agents,content bacteria 3 × 10 cfu/ml.We carried out the field experiment for rice,including seed treatment,transplanting soaking root,and spraying in flower and tillering stage.Investigation and statistics is necessary in some main periods of rice growth.In the field experiment,69HF increased the rice tillers and ears significantly.Compared with the controls,crop candled by 69HF production increased by 13.73%and reduce the incidence of aspergillus flavus disease significantly.In addition,we also studied the new pesticide formulations.We take the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB42 fermented liquid enrichmen after centrifugalt and frozen dry to powder.Then made powder into effervescent tablet with the addition of organic acid and carbonate additives.Testing the effect of bio-control and bacteria quantity determination of the period of one year.In this experiment,the effervescent tablets made of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens powder still has good control effect to bacterial leaf blight of rice.The control effect reached 28.8%.Under the room temperature preservation of effervescent tablets of falling number of bacteria with the passage of time,after a year fell by 80%.In order to better understand the role of Bacillus spp.in crop growth,we use the Bacillus fermented liquid water lettuce seeds,hydroponic cultivation in greenhouse conditions.The test results show that after Bacillus treated with lettuce,compared with clear water controls,fresh weight increased significantly per plant.Among them through simple Bacillus RJGP41 processed of lettuce,fresh weight per plant increased by 13.12%.
