Super-guality CNC machine tools is the core equipment needed in the field of our country's aviation,automobile,ship and national defense.At the end of the life cycle,the super-guality CNC machine tools need to be disassembled to be remanufactured.Therefore,on the modular disassembly design of CNC machine tools,this paper studied the disassembly information modeling,the disassembly sequence planning,the evaluation of the disassembly scheme,developed the CNC machine tools' module resource system,and took the TGK46100 high precision CNC horizontal boring machine as an example to verified the feasibility of the theory described above.The main contents of this thesis were summarized as follows:The first chapter reviewed the related techniques of CNC machine tools' disassembly,including the modular design?the disassembly information modeling?the disassembly sequence planning?the disassembly scheme evaluation.Discussed the purpose and significance of this article' research and at last listed the content and structure of this article.The second chapter proposed disassembly information modeling of CNC machine tools based on Petri net,analyzed the fuzzy relationship between the CNC machine tools'parts based on rough set theory and constructed the integrated correlation matrix of the CNC machine tools' parts.Clustered the CNC machine tools' parts using the transitive closure method and achieved the disassembly module division,constructed the disassembly information model of the module based the Petri network.The third chapter presented super-guality CNC machines disassembly sequence planning based on particle swarm optimization algorithm.Multi-objective optimization mathematical model of CNC machines disassembly time,demolition benefits and disassembly complexity is built.The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve this model.The super-guality CNC machine feasible disassembly sequence of non-dominated solutions are obtained.The feasibility of the optimization method is verified by the example of the protection device of the super-guality CNC machine.The fourth chapter proposed the evaluation method of the super-guality CNC machines based on the approximate ideal solution is proposed.lt formulates and qualifies the evaluation index of the super-guality CNC machines.The comprehensive weight of each evaluation index is determined by the respective advantages of the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process.Based on the grey correlation degree and Euclidean distance,the relative closeness of each disassembly scheme to the positive and negative ideal solution is calculated,and the optimal disassembly sequence scheme of super-guality CNC machines is optimized according to its size.The fifth chapter developed the CNC machine tools' module resource system which is to manage the disassembly module.TGK46100 with high precision CNC horizontal boring machine is used to verify the theory and system of the thesis.The sixth chapter summarized the contents of this article and presented the direction of the research on CNC machine tools' disassembly in the future.
