Lentinula edodes are high-protein,low-fat nutritious food,the demand people to Lentinula edodes is keep rising.China's Lentinula edodes production and export volume ranks first in the world.Fresh Lentinula edodes are not easy to save,so people usually do the drying process to facilitate the preservation and transportation after pick.The traditional Lentinula edodes drying room is burning coal,wood and other primary energy to produce heat,and then heating the Lentinula edodes.The efficiency of the traditional Lentinula edodes drying room is very low,it waste a lot of resources,and it can't automated intelligent adjustment,in the drying process of the traditional Lentinula edodes drying room need somebody to pay attention to increase or decrease the fuel,a slight mistake will seriously affect the quality of dried Lentinula edodes,resulting in economic losses,also produce large amounts of waste gas in the process of drying,Both pollution of the environment,but also easy to enter the drying room,so that Lentinula edodes after drying containing sulfur and other harmful substances.This paper designed a heat pump Lentinula edodes drying room,analyzes its working principle and system composition,given the design basis of the main equipment of the heat pump Lentinula edodes drying room through reasoning and calculation,and through the hydrodynamics software PHOENICS to establish a numerical model of the drying room,set the boundary conditions,divide the grid and simulate.Simulated and analyzed the airflow organization that drying room using side supply top return with return airway,side supply top return without return airway,bottom supply top return with return airway,bottom supply top return without return airway four kinds of air supply mode.Evaluate the air distribution mode by the mean wind speed and speed nouniformity coefficient,the comparison shows that side supply top return with return airway and increase the upper wind speed with an axial fan is the best way to air supply.Set different factors and different levels for drying process of heat pump drying room,and obtain the best drying process through orthogonal test,the best drying process is: In the process of drying,temperature increased from uniform 35? to 62?,the drying process time is 20 hours,drying room cycle wind speed is 3 m/s,setting the moisture removal temperature difference is 4?.Experiments were carried out on this drying process,the results show that the drying process is practicable,with the drying process,the quality of Lentinula edodes after drying using heat pump drying room is good,the water content of Lentinula edodes meet the storage requirements,Lentinula edodes has a good appearance,color and aroma,compared to traditional Lentinula edodes drying room,the quality of the Lentinula edodes drying by heat pump drying room has an excellent improvement.
