The slender bars are widely used in industry,and they will be bent during the process of the production and application,the quality of the bars can be ensured by the means of the straightening process.This paper focuses on the Research on Slender bar’s Technology Straightening Process.The main research contents include the following aspects:First of all,based on the design principle of the automatic straightening machine of the slender bars,the straightening machine control system is designed by the principle of stroke control straightening.It is achieved the design of the straightening machine process,the hardware design of the motion control system,the program design and the visual operation.Secondly,the paper studied the measurement of the radial run-out of slender rods in the straightening process.Based on the modeling of slender rod circular run-out and the principle of laser sensor,it is designed the measurement system of the radial run-out of slender rod with PLC.In the process of the rotation of the rod,the clamping mode of the rod is analyzed,and the condition that the rotation misalignment is obtained.Thirdly,it analyzed the dynamic response process of middle and small diameter aluminum alloy bars.Taking the simply supported beam as the model,analyzed the elastic-plastic deformation under impact load,and obtained the dynamic behavior of the member under concentrated load and uniform load.Then,from the point of view of energy,analyzed the elastic-plastic deformation process of the member under impact load.Finally,test and verified the correctness of the slender rod radial run-out measurement theory.It analyzed the factors that affect the measurement accuracy,established the impact load test of the small and medium diameter aluminum alloy rod,and analyzed the influence of the medium pressure head speed on the rod’s circular run-out during the straightening process.
