This paper investigates the electron beam wire feeding system and the process of increasing material manufacturing,mainly design the electron beam wire feeding system,and research electron beam wire feeding manufacturing with this system.Design of electron beam feeding system in ZD60-6ACV500L electron beam welding machine,the wire feeding system includes hardware part and control system.The hardware part includes motor,wire feeder,wire,wire wheel shaft and its mounting device,wire feeding hose,wire feeding regulator,wire feeding regulator fixture,electrostatic shielding device,wire feeding system installation device.The control system comprises a power supply switch,a feed starting and stopping circuit,a wire feeding speed regulation circuit,a wire feeding mode regulating circuit,a delay wire feeding circuit.The wire feeding system for installation and debugging,the motor use the air plug into the vacuum chamber,and wire feeding regulator,electron beam observation system and electron beam bias unit are used to align the end of wire and electron beam.This paper mainly use 304 austenitic stainless steel with dimension of 150 x 150 x 10 mm as the substrate,ER-304 stainless steel wire with diameter of 0.8mm study on electron beam fuse manufacturing process.Exploration on the way of wire delivery,wire feeding angle,relative position of welding wire,electron beam and substrate,matching of electron beam current and welding speed and wire feeding speed,analyze the influence of different process parameters on the morphology of weld.Using the electron beam wire feeding system to made process research of material additive manufacturing.The research has been obtained the front feeding;wire feeding angle is 30 degrees;the relative position between the end of the wire and the electron beam current is directly acting on the wire,the distance from the end of the wire to the substrate is 2 mm;The layer width is mainly affected by the electron beam current,the layer height is mainly affected by the wire feeding speed and welding speed,and the weld penetration is mainly influenced by the beam.;the line energy is in the range of[300 J/mm,900 J/mm],with all these parameters stacking layer with good forming quality can be obtained.The suitable welding parameters were obtained in this research:the accelerating voltage is 60KV,electron beam is 10mA,focusing current is 663mA,welding speed is 1.0mm/s,the wire feeding speed is 5.2mm/s,and the use of the process parameters on the 304 stainless steel material manufacturing growth research,print out the block of 5 layer 8,length of 62mm,width of 25.7mm,height of 3.58mm.The results show that block can be printed out by the electron beam wire feeding system.By studying the macroscopic morphology of each layer,it is smooth,and ripple are obvious.In the same stacking layer,the thermal input of the front section and the rear section is different,the uniformity of the stacking layer is also different.When the heat input is small,the time of the droplet in the end of the wire dripping into the molten pool is longer,weld droplet is more obvious compared with the large heat input;According to the different height of the stacking layer,wire feed regulator is needed to adjust the height of the wire end,and the distance between the end of the wire and the base plate or the solidified weld seam is kept at 2mm.The growth direction of the remelting zone is perpendicular to the fusion line,pointing to the center of the molten pool,and the microstructure of the non remelting zone is uniform.
