Submarine pipeline is an important component of the offshore petroleum equipment,which occupies an important position in the economic development of our country.Once submarine pipeline fracture happens,it will cause huge economic loss and serious environmental pollution.Therefore,the detection of submarine oil pipeline state based on a variety of marine detection equipment plays an important role in protecting the safety operation of pipeline and maintaining the pipeline in the abnormal state.In this thesis,aiming at the shortcomings of the detection of submarine oil pipeline state,the detection method and influence factors of the multi-beam sounding system and side scan sonar system are studied.The comprehensive detection technology of the submarine oil pipeline state based on a variety of marine detection equipment is proposed,which has been applied in engineering practice.The main research and achievements of this thesis are as follows:1.The angle and footprint which can influence the detection effect of multi-beam sounding system are studied.The results show that the width of footprint is an important indicator to measure the lateral resolution of multi-beam sounding system,and there is a close relationship between the angle and the footprint.Therefore,the angle has a significant impact on the detection effect of multi-beam sounding system.2.Aiming at the submarine pipeline laid in the trench,a new method for submarine pipeline detection based on the multi-beam sounding system with dual sonar sensors is proposed.Compared with the traditional multi-beam sounding system with single sonar sensor,this new method can reduce the detection blind area effectively and improve the quality of detection data and the accuracy of detection results.3.The main factors that influence the incidence angle of side scan sonar system are analyzed systematically.The results show that the depth from towfish to seafloor and the horizontal distance between towfish and pipeline are the most important factors that influence the incidence angle.The equation expressing the relationship between the incidence angle and its influence factors is deduced through a series of theoretical calculation.In the actual detection project,we can adjust the relevant parameters according to the expression in order to get the best detection effect.4.The experiment on detecting the submarine pipeline in different incidence angles by side scan sonar system is carried out,and we get the incidence angle range when the detection effect is the best.In the detection project,we can make the incidence angle be in this range by controlling the other parameters in order to get the detection results of small errors and improve the detection efficiency.5.Use a variety of marine detection equipment to detect the submarine oil pipeline state,and we get the sea water depth map and terrain geomorphological map of the detection area.The buried condition and state of the whole submarine oil pipeline are obtained.The results show that to use a variety of marine detection equipment to detect the submarine pipeline can overcome the shortcomings of using a single equipment for detection effectively.The submarine pipeline can be analyzed comprehensively,and the pipeline in the abnormal state can be found accurately.These can provide a reliable scientific basis for the submarine pipeline management.
