With the rapid development of China's economy,the quality of water environment has been deteriorating,one of the important reasons is the lack of monitoring and supervision.In recent years,the government has strengthen the control of water pollution,at the same time,more and more attention has been paid to monitoring and management of the water quality.The rural water environment management started late,and most rural areas do not have a complete remote monitoring system to monitor and reflect the effect of sewage treatment.Therefore,a remote monitoring and control system for rural decentralized sewage treatment facilities is proposed to achieve the functions of real-time data collection,display and management.What's more,it can remotely control the operation of the field equipment by modifying the frequency converter.This thesis analyzes the research status and development trend of water quality online monitoring system at home and abroad,compares the merits and demerits of various remote communication methods,and finally selects GPRS technology as the data transmission mode of the system.The remote monitoring system is composed of signal acquisition module,remote data transmission unit and cloud monitoring center.In the hardware designing,STM32 micro controller is adopted as the main control core and the corresponding function is extended according to the system demand.The remote data transmission of the system adopts a industrial GSM communication module made by CMIOT.The main controller sends the AT commands to control the module parameter configuration and data transceiver function.The TCP connection is established between the module and the server,and the data is exchanged by TCP/IP protocol custom format.The cloud monitoring center combines cloud server and high-performance PostgreSQL database system,and programmed by Go language.The cloud server provides real-time data display,data query and alarm functions,and users can access the server through the web page.In order to support the operation of wastewater treatment facilities and provide the basis for the supervision and management of relevant personnel,the sewage flow forecasting algorithm collected by the system is also studied.In this paper,gray model GM(1,1)and BP neural network model are used respectively.Finally,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two models,a combined model is put forward,which has achieved good prediction effect inpractical application.At present,the system has been operated in the 28 villages in Anji County,Huzhou City.The results show that the system can monitor and control the running status of wastewater treatment in real time,and store and manage relevant data information.It can help the operation unit and supervisory department to grasp the information of the facility timely and comprehensively.It also can assist in decision-making,reduce the human and transportation costs of the facilities operation and supervision,and the system has played a certain role in water environment monitoring and management.
