Abstract/Summary:
As an important basis,petrochemical industry plays an important role in China’s economic development.At present,petrochemical reaction tower is developing towards the large scale modernization direction for the rapid development of petrochemical industry,which has brought many new challenges to its manufacturing technology,especially to the welding technology.Most of the petrochemical reaction tower are welded by a lot of plates,and the connection between the tower body and each part is completed by welding.It is the complex structure and high safety requirements that make the welding position and welding process very important.At present,the location of the welding and the welding process are usually determined by the technicians.During the process of designing layout and welding process,technical personnel need to deal with a large amount of data,access to the container parts,such as head,flange,bearing and other manufacturing standards.It will take a lot of time for large containers such as tower containers with the method.And it is easy to go wrong,and can not directly reflect the location of the weld and connecting pipe.It is far from being able to adapt to the metal manufacturing industry to large-scale,complex development trend.Based on the analyses of the problems of the weld layout and welding process management of petrochemical reactor,petrochemical reaction tower layout problem is abstractly simplified as rectangle layout problem on the basis.The welding position layout algorithm was designed based on the greedy algorithm and the residual rectangle algorithm,and the welding process management method was developed based on the knowledge base,logic inference and fuzzy inference rules.At the same time,the automatic welding system and welding process management system software were developed based on C#programming language and Microsoft SQL Server database.The developed system can be used to develop the cutting plan,to draw layout and generate welding process instructions through the computer.The operators only need to put plate specifications,nozzle elevation and orientation into the system.The system will be able to quickly develop a more reasonable layout and welding process instructions.This is an important means to reduce the production cost and improve the economic efficiency,which can also optimize the welding position,improve the efficiency of welding process and standardize the management.
