Organic light emitting device(OLED)is known as the third generation display technology in the 21st century, which has become one of the main research focus on current international. In order to achieve the substantial breakthrough and development, the research for OLED equipment manufacturing technology and materials has become the main research object.Among them,it is concern that the study of the luminescence materials for a device is an important filed in recent years. In recent decades, researchers have been synthesized many luminescent materials, but some of the traditional luminescent materials will suffer from fluorescence quenching, affectting their application in the device. In 2001,Ben-zhong Tang proposed the aggregation-induced emission effect, namely,a silole molecule is not emissive in the solution, but can emit strongly in the aggregation state. It opened up a new method for the synthesis of new emitter. This paper served tetraphenylethylene group as the core, synthesize and characterize three new AIE compounds, and studied their photophysical properties, electrochemical properties, thermal properties and electroluminescent properties, etc.Include the following two aspects:1.The synthesis of target compounds. In this paper,by using carbazole,4-bromobenzophenone and dimesitylboron fluoride as the main material,we design and synthesize a series of compounds with tetraphenylethylene, and determine their molecular structure by the methods of nuclear magnetism.2.Properties of the target compounds. In this paper,We apply the theoretical calculation, thermogravimetric, ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence emission spectrum, methods of electrochemistry to study their electronic structure, thermal stability properties, optical properties and electrochemical properties. The results show that this kind of compounds were good blue light emission materials and showed aggregation-induced fluorescent characteristics. We fabricated them as light emitting layer in OLED device, which showed excellent electroluminescent performance. The maximum luminance can be as high as 8624 cd/m~2 and maximum luminance efficiency can reach 5.34 cd/A.
