Plant polyphenols(Plant polyphenol)of the main structure monobasic phenols,dihydric phenols,polyphenols in plant tissues secondary metabolites,mainly in plant roots,bark,leaves,fruits,and in plant tissues high content,just below cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin and other substances.Studies have shown that polyphenols strong biological activity,helps to regulate body metabolism,promote the body to stay healthy.Peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.),formerly known as groundnut,is an annual leguminous herb,is one of the most important sources of edible vegetable oil in the world,occupies a very important position in the world.Peanut acreage is constantly increasing,peanut skin processing industry is also very large,so Peanut skin production is also very impressive.Contains a large number of active substances-polyphenols,can prevent a variety of diseases,with very far-reaching significance.Currently,people with natural biological active ingredients,non-polluting,absorption and utilization of higher demand and lower use of natural plant active ingredients of disease prevention and treatment requirements,research Peanut skin polyphenolic compounds,physiological functions and enhance its economic value,provide a theoretical basis for the rational development of peanut.In this study,peanut skin as experimental material designed orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction conditions peanut skin polyphenolic compounds with D101 macroporous resin purification was carried out,and its activity was detected.Compare system Peanut polyphenols were studies.The main results are as follows:1.The ultrasonic assisted ethanol extraction of polyphenols from Peanut skin by designing solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature four factors design L9(34)orthogonal experimental extraction process of polyphenols optimized results showed that the optimum extraction of polyphenols peanut skin experimental conditions is liquid ratio of 1:30,the ethanol concentration of 40%,ultrasonic time 50min,ultrasonic temperature 50?.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of peanut skin polyphenols was 2.75%.In summary,the ultrasonic assisted extraction of polyphenols Peanut skin in a relatively short time to complete the extraction of the active substance for a long time to reduce the impact caused by the extraction of the active ingredient,and the process is simple,high extraction rate for Peanut in Food industry development and application provides an effective,simple,safe and practical method.2.Application of D101 macroporous resin purification Peanut skin polyphenols and purified detect their activity.The results show:Peanut skin polyphenols can effectively remove DPPH free radicals,reducing their total capacity is strong.Our peanut resources is extremely rich,and polyphenols as Peanut the main active ingredient,and its activity is stronger.According to the results,Peanut polyphenol as an effective free radical scavenger,is expected to be used to treat diseases associated with free radicals.3.Study on the reducing ability of purified peanut skin polyphenols,this was found after Peanut skin polyphenol macroporous resin purification DPPH radical scavenging effect and the total reducing capacity significantly enhanced,and purified polyphenols Peanut skin antioxidant activity was significantly improved,and its antioxidant effect can be compared with the Vc,as a natural active substance in the food,pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry development prospects.
