At present, the industrial production methods of epoxy compound is halogen alcohol and acid peroxide oxidation, selective is not high, the reaction process is complex, a large number of byproduct, therefore, looking for efficient synthesis conditions are particularly important. Schiffer alkali metal complexes olefin epoxidation reaction of efficient catalyst, but there is lack of catalyst and the product is not easy to cause the reuse of catalyst is difficult to separate. In recent years, the homogeneous catalyst solid inorganic or organic carrier preparation of heterogeneous catalysts has been widely concerned.This paper use the KH560 and CPTCS of hydroxyl silicone modified, With salicylaldehyde, o-phenylendiamine, 2, 4-two regards formaldehyde, 3, 5-2 tertiary butyl salicylaldehyde, 3, 4-aminopyridine and transition metal salts and other raw materials synthesis, a total of 4 kinds of schiff base type intermediates and salen ligands, Using nuclear magnetic resonance instrument, electrospray high resolution mass spectrometry methods for the structural characterization of the product. Through chemical grafting salen metal complexes synthesized by three kinds of load type catalyst, through the FT-IR, icp-aes and XRD characterization on the structure.By icp-aes, three kinds of load catalyst metal manganese upload is respectively: A tendency for 0.68mmol/g,B tendency for 1.05 mmol/g, C tendency for 0.72 mmol/g.The preparation of three kinds of silica gel immobilized schiffer alkali metal catalysts used in styrene catalytic hydrogen peroxide oxidation reaction, respectively. Silica- salen- Mn(III) C catalyst temperature 60 ?, with the same amount of hydrogen peroxide reaction substrates for four hours, the conversion of styrene is as high as 86%, epoxy ethylbenzene selectivity was 60%, the three kinds of catalysts, appropriately increase dosage of hydrogen peroxide is advantageous to the styrene epoxy ethyl benzene conversion and selectivity. At the same time, the catalyst can be used to load more than four times the catalytic activity was not significantly lower.
