In this paper,wireless image transmission technology is applied to the grain insect detection,and proposed basic framework of embedded wireless image grain insect detection network based on wireless sensor network.For embedded into grain stacks internal wireless image acquisition and transmission nodes are special designed,this paper completed the design and debugging of the image acquisition and transmission circuit and related software writing and debugging work.The wireless grain insect detection system proposed in this paper were made up of wireless image acquisition node,image forwarding nodes,computer control terminal,and the three parts were respectively placed at different positions of grain depot.The task of wreless image acquisition node is image acquisition,the 103 series STM32 microcontroller was used as MCU,use RF chip NRF24L01 for signal transceiver,inside the nodes selected with auto focus miniature camera OV5640,data selection control chip based on EPM240T100 CPLD,responsible for the image data storage SDRAM chip W9864G6 JH,also contains a lithium battery and voltage regulator circuit;Image forwarding node is responsible for the forwarding and transmission the image information and system instructions,which using 407 series STM32 chip as MCU,general-purpose NRF24L01 chip for wireless transmission,PHY chip LAN8720 A and the interface for the cable transmission,including SD memory,a lithium battery and a voltage stabilizing circuit and external power supply system;Computer control side is responsible for the collection of the image and the instruction sending,which is composed of computer and PC software and wireless transmission module,communicated with image forwarding nodes in a wired or wireless manner.According to the requirements of the hardware design of wireless image acquisition node and image transmission node,select MDK5 software compiler environment using C language to write.The process of taking photo of pests in stored grain can be preliminary relized under the condition of hardware and softeware debugging in the laboratory,and we can transmit the image to the computer for display and storage by the way of wireless transmission,thus it can basically achieve the anticipated target.However,the miniaturization of hardware circuit,the improvement of packaging design and the optimization design of the software are the further research work that needs to be carried out in the next step.
