In modern production of cast iron, inoculation has become an indispensable important means of producing high-quality castings. For the method and amount of inoculants added on casting quality, the online inoculation device and equipment were studied.The content of this thesis includes two aspects: online inoculation device and supporting application technology.In respect of online inoculation device technology, using micro electromagnetic vibrating feeder to vibrate feedstock continuously, and by the micro-meter corner produces corresponding strain weighing signals, online inoculation device timely feeded back to the PLC for rapid detection and analysis, arithmetic processing, issuing a directive, adjusted the feeder excitation current, amplitude adjustment, and ensured a uniform mass flow rate, to achieve precise inoculation and improve casting pouring quality; Online inoculation device used the pneumatic sealing means to solve the abnormal blanking of the inoculation device by external vibration noise and avoid wasting inoculants; Using the characteristics of the change of wind speed of the tube outlet wind pneumatic conveying pipe line blocking material, blocking material automatic alarm function was developed to solve the alarm prevention problem 0f the tube outlet blockage or serious alarm, prevent unauthorized inoculation, bad inoculation entering the next step and further improve the quality of castings.In respect of supporting application technology, by the three-point supporting tube cutting, Online inoculation device solved the demands of the discharge pipe direction adjustment and the inoculation device set in manually pouring pipeline; Online inoculation device applied touch display technology to let the operator display and adjust bred parameters; by the spring and rubber elastic element, online inoculation device solved inoculation feeding accuracy problems affected by automatic pouring machine running vibration and ladle flips. By remote control technology and frequency conversion technology, online inoculation device solved the problem of the inoculation device set in manually pouring pipeline.This thesis is in close connection with the actual situation and future development trend of Chinese foundry industry, the research is highly relevant, practical and applicable. With the rapid development of Chinese foundry industry and demands for high-quality casting continuous improvement, the application prospects of this research are very extensive.
