This paper aims to study the kinetics of dimerization of acetylene,the key technology of chloroprene rubber process.Acetylene gas containing different nitrogen in a space velocity of450h-1,at 343~353K and normal pressure passed through Nieuwland solutions, produced the dimerization and trimerization of reaction. The macro kinetics of acetylene dimerization was studied by differential menthod according to the analysis of data obtained.The macro kinetics equation of accelytene dimerization and trimerization was described by least squares method.And using method of mathematical statistics significance to test parametersProduction rate of MVA:Production rate of DVA:According to this kinetics equation. The current technology of accetyleue dimerization reaction was optimized. The technical parameters of accetylene dimerization reaction were optimized as follows:Reactor temperature: 84 ± 2 ?MVA conversion rate :6~8%Designing an annual output of 18kt/a chloroprene rubber acetylene dimerization reaction tower by experimental datas of kinetics.Industrial production shows amplification is well designed so that output of chloroprene rubber in the original production has increased by 90%.Tower diameter: D = 3.0mThe amount of catalyst: V = 30.40m3...
