The process of threading start rolling is an important part in the fully continuous wide strip steel cold rolling mill production operation.At the end of scheduled maintenance or downtime,replacement of rollers and other operations,we need to wear with startup recover normal rolling mill.The start-up rolling process is the most difficult to control in all non-steady state rolling process,Meanwhile,it is also the sensitive stage of various factors and parameters change,easily broken belt,deviation or tension failure.In this dissertation,1500 five-stand-tandem cold mill in a cold rolling mill of a Steel Corp is taken as the research object,by analyzing dynamic load and its relationship with the relative parameters of dynamic load of the start-up phase of main transmission system,the purpose is to find out the weak points of the main drive system and put forward the improvement scheme which combined theoretical analysis,the research method of digital simulation and field experiments.The mainly works are involved:(1)The changes of the force energy parameter signal on starting process of rolling mill are recorded and the signals are analyzed.(2)The finite element model of the main drive system of the cold rolling mill is established based on the theory of the system dynamics.(3)By setting the maximum load shall not exceed 1.5 times the rated motor torque,the reasonable range of the steady rolling torque and the acceleration of the main motor have been determined by using the finite element method for the dynamic simulation of the rolling mill main drive system.(4)The finite element method is used to optimize the structure of the safety pin of the main shaft coupling,and the standard of torque of the main shaft coupling is 1.5 times of the main motor torque.The research results provide a theoretical basis for reasonably determining the technological parameters and the extension of the service life of the equipment.
