In this research, peptides derived from pigskin, chicken skin and fish skin were prepared by enzymatic method according to the relative molecular weight of collagen peptides in consumer market. The skin aging model of mice was prepared by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose. At the same time, different groups of mice were given collagen peptide, which were blank group, model group, fish skin high dose group, fish skin low dosage group,Low-dose group, high-dose chicken group, low-dose chicken group and amino acid group.After the feeding, the blood biochemical indexes, skin biochemical indexes and skin characteristic RNA of mice were analyzed.The res?lts show:1.D-galactose aging model can make the mouse skin thinning, relaxation, the skin collagen fibers decreased. The three kinds of skin-derived collagen peptides can delay the skin thinning, increased collagen fiber content has a role.2.D-galactose to aging model can decrease the hydroxyproline content, SOD activity,MDA value, GSH activity and MMPs activity in mouse skin. Compared with D-galactose group, the content of hydroxyproline increased by 25.12%, the SOD activity increased by83.49%, the MDA content decreased by 27.94% and the GSH activity increased by 25.39%compared with D-galactose model control group %. The content of hydroxyproline increased by 32.93%, SOD activity increased by 70.09%, MDA content decreased by 32.13% and the activity of GSH increased by 24.24%. The content of hydroxyproline increased by 27.76%The vitality increased by 47.67%, the MDA content decreased by 23.89% and the GSH activity increased by 14.85%.3.The mouse skin microarray was prepared and analyzed. The results showed that there were about 2763 genes involved in mouse skin senescence. In the aging model, 1488 genes were down-regulated and 1275 genes were up-regulated. The results of cluster analysis, gene enrichment analysis, KEGG pathway analysis, GO analysis and semi-quantitative PCR showed that the main pathways affecting the collagen metabolism of different skin sources were as follows: by up-regulating the expression of proline hydroxylase Affect the synthesis of collagen, but also through down-regulation of matrix metalloproteinase expression,increase the relative expression of matrix metalloproteinase and the ratio of its inhibitors,affecting the degradation of collagen.CONCLUSION: Collagenic peptides derived from different dermatoglycan can delay the skin aging of D-galactose-induced aging mice, enhance the antioxidant capacity, reg?late the expression of related genes in collagen synthesis and degradation pathway, and the effect of collagen polypeptide is the most effective. Good, skin collagen peptide followed, and chickencollagen peptide is relatively poor.
