There has a large number of solid waste in our country every year,including 7%waste of the solid waste residue.The waste glass as a mineral admixture to participate in the production of cement mortar,The volume of its mechanical properties,high temperature stability and activity of SiO2 is directly affect the expectations of waste glass cement mortar performance.This paper consider waste glass beads,glass sand cement mortar performance requirements,Waste glass power,glass sand mixture ratio design,the basic physical and mechanical properties of cement mortar,the volume of a high temperature stable performance,the waste glass power active SiO2 content are studied through experimental system,for the application of waste glass in concrete and the experimental and theoretical for further optimization.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Waste glass power replace part of cement to make of cement mortar,with the increase of dosage of waste glass power,compressive strength of mortar test block increased before they are reduced.The orthogonal experiment results show that :the maximum compressive strength was between the glass power content is10% to20%,water/cement ratio is 0.4,gelation total of 450 kg/m3.To poor waste glass power cement mortar,the variance analysis shows that compressive strength is the most significant effect for the glass beads content,followed by water/cement ratio,while total gelation and the color of the glass power will have little impact on the strength.2.With the extension of curing age,waste glass power increases the compressive strength of cement mortar specimens,the first 28 d compressive strength is growing rapidly,after 28 d Compressive strength growth slowing down gradually,the results show that the glass power characteristics improve the early strength of the specimens.3.By thermogravimetric experiment can show that with the temperature rises,within the range of 120-150 degrees break down the moisture content in the samples?within the range of 440-460 degrees Celsius decomposition of Ca?OH?2?within the range of 700-730 degrees Celsius CaCO3 decomposition,and as the extension of curing age,the quantity of Ca?OH?2 break down has a tendency to reduce,it suggeststhat the active SiO2 in the glass power will consume a part of the cement hydration products calcium hydroxide to form hydrated calcium silicate,following the decrease by Ca?OH?2 break down.4.Waste glass power to replace to replace part of cement,waste glass sandto replace part of the standard sand respectively made of cement mortar test block,Under the conditions of 80 degrees of water bath glass components in the active SiO2 and mortar base if there is a potential base-silicate reaction.Results show that under s tandard curing condition of 14 d specimen inflation rate below 0.1%,prove that there is no potential alkali aggregate expansion,all the sample without cracks,deformation,surface glue seepage;When water bath maintenance to 56 d after adding 30% of glass sand mortar test block expansion rate is more than 0.2%,there may be a potential haz ard alkali-silica reaction expansion damage;By SEM scans showed green glass surfa ce smooth,white glass surface void is more,to prove the white glass specimen compa red with green glass specimen are more likely to happen-alkali silicate reaction expa nsion.5.Active silicon dioxide content in the waste glass powder as the glass particles in the ball mill grinding time change: the longer the milling time,particle size is fine,and the higher activities of SiO2 in glass powder rate Ka,SiO2 activity rate in grinding beads after 2h Ka slow growth,and gradually become stable;Through active index method,green,white,brown three kinds of glass powder cement mortar specimen strength of mortar,the influence of 7d after curing of 3 kinds of color glass powder cement mortar activity index size was respectively 45.3%,28.9%,57.1% and 28 d after curing the three colors of glass powder cement mortar activity index of size was respectively 60.2%,43.6,60.95%,it prove that the activity of 3 kinds of color glass beads size: brown>green>white.
