In recent years,the grains with its abundant nutritional value and unique function,has gradually become the favorite of people on the table. Oatmeal is one of the main grain crops in China,has a high nutritional value and economic value.Oat bran is t by-products from oat processing,generally sell as feed to feed mills. Oat bran is rich in dietary fiber and beta glucan.Beta glucan oat bran is peculiar to water-soluble dietary fiber,has the effect of lower cholesterol stable blood sugar.Low utilization rate of oat bran,conversion ability is poor.For now,be badly in need of developing an oat bran deep-processing products and increase its market value.This experiment adopts the oat processing by-products,oat bran as the main raw material, study the extrusion of oat bran powder prepared by the optimum process;By oat bran powder and powder, buckwheat powder, sweet pea meal, oat flour, peanut flour, sesame powder grains, such as reasonable collocation, to study the best raw material grain fineness and mixing temperarure,the optimal product formula is determined.The results of the study are as follows:1)Under the condition of oat bran extrusion single factor experiment, oat bran powder water injectivity index as the feed speed,extrusion temperature, moisture content, screw speed increases showed a trend of decrease after the first increase.2)Oat bran powder water injectivity index by four factors influence of extrusion temperature> moisture content>screw rotation speed>screw speed feed rate, optimizing production process conditions for the extrusion temperature to 150?, water content is 17%, the screw rotation speed of 190 r/min, the feed speed is 18 kg/h, at this point, oat bran water injectivity index was 580%, the process to achieve the best production status.3)Under the condition of oat bran powder formulation optimization, solubility index DSI as oat bran powder content, sugar content, adjust the water temperature increases, and decreased with the increase of raw material mesh; Sensory score increased with the increase of factor levels showed a trend of rise before they are lower.Orthogonal experiment,oat bran powder grains mixing by four kinds of single factor's influence degree is:oat bran> Raw material mesh> sugar content> mixing water temperature; The optimal conditions for oat bran adding amount was 15%, the raw material mesh to 80 yard, sugar content is 10%, the water temperature is 80?.4)Oat bran powder grains mixing the best recipe for extruding oats bran powder 15,30 sweet powder, 40, oats powder, buckwheat powder 10, pea meal, peanut powder 6,4 sesame powder, granulated sugar 10.
