Asparagus is the finest food, this study summarizes not only the nutritional value and medicinal efficacy of asparagus but also the asparagus planting and pesticide usage situation in our province. Besides, we establish an ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization- mass spectrometry-mass spectrometry method for detecting of a variety of pesticides in asparagus and its products. In addition, we compare the new national food safety standards of pesticides maximum residue limits in food (GB2763-2014) with the old version (GB 2763-2012). Under the premise of acetonitrile as solvent extraction and using the improved QuEchERS technology as pretreatment method, the rapid detection of a variety of pesticide residue in asparagus and its products is established by using ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem quadrupole mass spectrometer, the detection of a single sample is less than half an hour,it shortens three and a half hours compared with the traditional detection method. Finally, we evaluate the above method. The blank matrixes (green asparagus, white asparagus, canned white asparagus and canned white asparagus) are added 0.005?0.050 mg/kg pesticides separately and recovery tests are performed. Results demonstrate that the correlation coefficients of 77 kinds of pesticides are between 0.9910?0.9993 within the corresponding linear scope, they are good linear relationship. Moreover, the limits of quantification are below 0.005 mg/kg and the detection limit are between 0.001-0.003 mg/kg for all kinds of pesticides tested, as well as the recovery rates are in the range of 75.2%?101.3% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) below 14.82%. The method, not only simple and fast but also high sensitive and practical, can satisfy the stipulation of GB2763-2014. What is more, it satisfies the requirements for analysis of pesticide residues simultaneously in asparagus at home and abroad. The sduty provides systematic, convenient and reliable testing information for the supervision of inspection department and production enterprise quality control.
