Municipal sludge production increased year by year, sludge disposal problem is imminent. Thermal hydrolysis is an ideal wall broken technology, improving sludge anaerobic digestion. Thermal hydrolysis anaerobic digestion technology can effectively achieve the sludge stabilization and recycling.The performance of different solid content sludge which was pyrohydrolysised in dif ferent temperature and processing time was investigate.The influence of different factors on the cell-dissolved effect of the municipal sludge was revealed.Three factors-temperatur e,solid content and processing time was put into experimental design using taguchi design . Pyrohydrolysis was processed according to the result of the experimental design so that t he anaerobic digestion performance of thermal hydrolysised sludge can be further explor ed.The organic matters can be improved when the sludge were treated by different conditions. The dissolution effect of high temperature was better than that of low temperature. Low temperature heat treatment time on organic matter dissolution was affected than temperature and solid rate. The longer the heat treatment time, soluble sugar, soluble protein, TVFA, NH4+-N relative to the raw sludge increase was greater. For the high temperature heat treatment, the influence of solid content was superior to temperature and time on the reduction of TS, VS, NH4+-N, TVFA and soluble sugar content's change, the TOC and the soluble protein was strongly influenced by temperature. In the high temperature condition, the concentration of organic matter decreased as the temperature increases after the first, the results show that 160? was the best treatment condition, when the temperature was 180?, the concentration of soluble sugar, soluble protein decreases because of maillard products. In addition agents with low temperature and high temperature hot water solution combined with experiment, considering the effect of three insecticides on each index, the best dissolution effect for NaOH.The methane production performance of thermal hydrolysis sludge was improved, with the heat treatment temperature increased, the accumulation of methane production increased gradually. Through anaerobic digestion, low temperature and high temperature were obtained the best accumulation of methane production at 90? and 160?. Meanwhile, the effect of high temperature heat treatment sludge on methane production was better than that of low temperature. For the degradation of total protein,160? was plus over 90?, there was little difference in the degradation of VS. Low temperature heat treatment sludge was increased by pH, while pH was decreased in high temperature after anaerobic digestion, but it was suitable for the growth of methane producing bacteria. According to the experimental results by using Taguchi analysis, temperature, time, solid content in different levels of low temperature and high temperature of the best combination of methane were 90?,24 h,8% and 160?,0 h,10% respectively. Adding NaOH, Ca (OH)2, CaCl2 reagent to the thermal pretreatment sludge for anaerobic digestion of methane production performance had a certain improvement.
