Northern shaanxi is a large energy chemical industry base in China. In recent years, the development of energy promoted the rapidly development of the local economy, but also brought a huge impact to the local ecological environment. For example, plants on the surface is destroyed, desertification is in expansion, soil nutrient reduce continuously, at the same time, heavy metal pollution in the soil is becoming more and more serious.In this paper, a solubilizing the Enterobacter agglomerans ID-a preparation solubilizing agents, the agents use to repair an industrial park in northern Shaanxi skillet almond planting base soil,The agents studied inoculation on soil moisture, pH, hydrolysis nitrogen, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, total phosphorus, potassium, microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass nitrogen, organic carbon, soil urease activity, invertase activity of soil, the soil was too catalase activity and soil heavy metal elements Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd existing forms.The results showed that:the group of inoculum than non-group of inoculum soil nutrients were significantly increased, the moisture content of the sample increased 32.29%, pH value was slightly increased,Hydrolysis nitrogen content increased 19.47%,172% increase in total nitrogen, available phosphorus content increased 47.1%,41.9% increased in total phosphorus, potassium content increased 165.6%, increased in microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen ratio of 19.5%, organic carbon content increased 266%, soil invertase activity increased 447% urease activity increased 195% catalase enzyme activity increased 283%.Solubilizing agents could significantly reduce repair industrial parks exchangeable lead, copper exchangeable exchangeable cadmium content which exchangeable cadmium, lead and copper content decreased by 47.63%,11.29% and 18.62 %.The corresponding increased in residual lead content, which increases the proportion was 63.9%.Therefore, the solubilizing agents ccould improve the long-handled variety of almond plantations nutrient content, a significant increased in activity of various enzymes in the soil and promote plant absorption of nutrients.In addition, the solubilizing agents on the soil of cadmium, lead and copper and other heavy metal pollution had a better ability to repair. Therefore, the solubilizing agents having a large area repair poor soils and heavy metal contaminated soil potential.
