Mine hoist in coal enterprises in the process of normal production occupies a very important position,to enhance transport coal,coal gangue,production materials,to work personnel and other important responsibilities.For coal mine production,mechanical and electrical equipment operation safety and reliability in use process is vital important.With the progress of science and technology and the enterprise constantly requirements for production capacity,and in recent years issued new safety management regulations of the state and industry standards and requirements,is control of mine hoisting system put forward new requirements.enterprise by modern means of management and monitoring to ensure safe operation of the machine,thus ensuring mine hoist running is reliable and accurate operation,realize the computer control of the mine hoist.This paper mainly through the research and analysis of hoist electric control system of our country existing in the coal mine,the advantages and disadvantages of the original control system are summarized,and the proposed mine actual production process requirements,to achieve the coal enterprises in the design of electric control system of transportation,transportation and other raw materials to enhance the personnel system using the PLC technology with the high power frequency conversion technology.And through the software programming and process control,to achieve the dynamic part of the hoist speed control,feedback monitoring part of the process of monitoring,alarm,etc..By controlling the software,the "brain",to coordinate the command of the system precision and orderly to achieve and feedback their functions,to ensure that the entire system to enhance the security and stability of the system to achieve its functionality.So that the mine hoist in the operation,whether it is to mention people or state of matter,are able to run smoothly and reliably,so that the parking is accurate,and the car is smooth,and the speed is smooth.Through the study of mine mechanical and electrical control system and implementation,combined with the coal industry equipment operating conditions,the four seasons temperature difference is bigger,running around the running environment,such as coal dust is more,the system hardware and software based on type selection and design,in order to realize the system reliability. |
