It is widely used in food,fermentation,textile,printing and dyeing,chemical industry and so on.It is widely used in food,fermentation,textile,printing and dyeing,and so on.However,the traditional defoaming agent is not suitable for wet process phosphoric acid industry,this paper developed a suitable for wet process phosphoric acid in the industrial production of defoaming agent in the high temperature,strong acid,alkali and other special occasions,stability and application of defoaming agent has more obvious advantages than the traditional silicone.First of all,the high hydrogen containing silicone oil telomerization product some kinds of low hydrogen silicone oil,that the molecular weight was prepared at around 5000,0.0278%-0.0555% of active hydrogen content,low hydrogen silicone oil and polyether L-61,polyether F6 in chloroplatinic acid under the catalysis of silicon hydrogen addition reaction,got the polyether modified polysiloxane.further mathematical orthogonal method to study the ratio of reactants,reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage on the effect of polyether modified polysiloxane conversion,obtained the best conditions for synthesis of polyether L61 and silicone oil ratio of 1:2,120 ? temperature,4hour reaction time,catalyst dosage of 20 ×10-6,and the influence of low hydrogen silicone oil containing hydrogen quantity and proportion on the synthesis of the HLB value of the product.In order to extend the polyether modified polysiloxane defoaming time,the preparation of polyether modified silicone and silicone cream,emulsifier,thickener,water mixture,and determine the best formulation process by mathematical induction,the defoaming compound emulsion with excellent performance.In order to expand the application of polyether modified polysiloxane in wet process phosphoric acid process,promote the acid dissolution reaction fully,improve scale crystallization,improve the filtration efficiency of cleaning,this paper studies the effect of calcium sulfate crystallization of polyethylene glycol surfactant,preparation of a multifunctional composite defoaming agent...
