To speed up the repair work of heavy metal pollution of cropland in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region of Hunan province, according to the technical requirements of different products, we studied the effects of various soil amelioration materials to reduce accumulation of heavy metals in rice grain and rice kernel by foliar spraying or basal application methods. At the same time, we detected the content of heavy metals in the rice straw, husk and soil. The results showed that in comparison with treatment of fresh water (control), the treatment of basal application of "Jin-Wu-Zong" biological fertilizer 100 kg/667 m2, cadmium (Cd) content in rice grain and rice kernel decreased by 25.09% and 31.54%, respectively. In comparison with treatment of fresh water (control), the treatment of broadcast application of quicklime 100kg/667 m2 in tillering stage, Cd content in rice grain and rice kernel decreased by 19.08% and 13.69, respectively. But the treatment of spraying with "GreenTech" humic acid fertilizer and the treatment of spraying with liquid silicone potash have no significant effects. As the single pollution index of Cd greater than 4, and the soils of each treatment are in the heavy pollution or very heavy pollution state only account for the heavy metal cadmium. And, accounted for the other heavy metal pollution with comprehensive evaluation method, comprehensive pollution index were 4.02?5.55, the degree of soil pollution also in the the state of heavy pollution or very heavy pollution. The results will provide technical reference for the the remediation of soils contaminated by heavy metals.
