Today,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the amount of construction waste increases day by day,hence it is understandable that a lot of construction waste treatment plants arebuilt all over the country.Since the construction waste disposal plant is a type of NIMBY,it may cause NIMBY problems if site selection is not appropriate.Therefore,it needs to be concerned how to choosesites scientifically and reasonably.In this paper,the author studies site selection decision of construction waste treatment plant as following:Based on the detailed analysis of Chinese disposal situation,the paper indicates that correct treatment of construction waste has reached an imminent state and a large number of plantsare imperative.According to some actual cases,the author analyzes the importance of reasonable choice of site selection and specific problems.This paper analyzes all related factors of location decision,and summarizes the major ones.On this basis,it uses AHP to confirm the weight of different factors,GIS layers for overlay analysis to initially screen the location,which makes a comprehensive evaluation for factors and screens alternative sites of a waste treatment plant.After considering the more important factors,such as scale,treatability,humanity and surroundings,it buildsa Multiobjective grey situation decision model for further selecting an appropriate site from the alternatives.The paper solves the problems of incomprehensive factors consideration and inaccurate analysis via building a primary-selection model to take all factors into account.The case of Nanshan district in Shenzhen,finally obtaining the scientific result of site selection decision,is used to verify the effectiveness and operability of the model.It provides a reference for site selection decisions of construction waste treatment plants around the country.
