In two ways,antibacterial fabric can be prepared by antibacterial fiber or fabric antibacterial finishing process.The former is more complex than the latter,and the physicochemical properties of the antibacterial agent are higher,but the former has less antibacterial agent,high antibacterial effect and high washability.In this thesis,antibacterial fabrics were obtained in two ways:firstly,preparing antimicrobial masterbatch,melt spinning to obtain antibacterial fiber,and then spinning antibacterial fiber into antibacterial fabric;secondly,obtaining the antibacterial fabric after coating.Qualitative test is simple,rapid detection,but can not accurately get the fabric antibacterial rate.Quantitative tests of the absorption method and shaking method are widely used respectively,the test results can objectively evaluate the antibacterial properties of fabric.In this thesis,based on the AATCC-100 method and the shake-flask method,the modified AATCC-100 method and modified shaking method were used to detect the antibacterial property of the fabric to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and the testing method was more suitable for antibacterial fabric.At present,fabric antibacterial agents can be divided into inorganic antibacterial agents,organic antibacterial agents and natural antibacterial agents.Inorganic antibacterial agents have been widely used in antibacterial fabrics because of their good heat resistance,durability,continuity and safety.In recent years,silver-based,copper-based and zinc-based antibacterial agents are involving the use of heavy metals,so it has a tendency to use environmentally friendly antibacterial agents.In this thesis,using magnesium-based materials as antibacterial fabric preparation,in line with the development trend of environmentally friendly materials,the fabric is environmentally friendly antibacterial fabric.Antibacterial fiber or fabric in the sea-related personnel health protection,ship sewage treatment and ship exhaust treatment and other aspects is widely used.The experimental results show that:(1)When the mixture of 1250 mesh,2500 mesh and 5000 mesh brucite powder is 1:1:2,the powder is dense and the packing density is high,and the prepared magnesium-based coated fabric has a smooth surface.(2)Magnesium-based masterbatch has been prepared when the ratio of nano-Mg-based powder and PET masterbatch is 1:4.(3)The magnesium-based fabric with nano-Mg-based powder content of 1%to 5%has been prepared.(4)The antimicrobial effect of Mg-based coating on Escherichia coli is satisfied with an inhibitory rate over 90%,while the antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus is unsatisfactory.(5)Antibacterial effect of fabrics made from magnesium-based masterbatch is satisfactory,and the inhibitory rates of fabric containing 25%nano-Mg-based material to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is more than 90%.
