Heavy metal ions and chloramphenicol have toxic effects on humans,animals and plants,and they might all have certain residues in aquatic products.Therefore,the detection of heavy metal ions and chloramphenicol in aquatic products that is very important to human health and ecological environment.We established gold nanoparticles colorimetric assay based on glutathione to detect heavy metal ions and an immunoassay based on aptamer to detect chloramphenicol?CAP?in aquatic products.?1?Colorimetric detection of Cd2+,Pb2+ and Hg2+ in aquatic products based on glutathione and AuNPsWe fixed glutathione on the AuNPs surface by the thiol of Glutathione.Glutathione can chelate metal ions used as recognition element for metal ion recognition,which maked a closer distance of AuNPs and changed surface plasmon resonance of AuNPs result of the color changing from red to blue and through UV-vis absorption spectrum for qualitative analythis.Under the optimal conditions,we obtained the visual detection limit of Cd2+,Pb2+ and Hg2+ those were 0.1 ?M,0.1 ?M and 1 nM,and the standard curve was?R2=0.9865,0.9974 and 0.9869?established by UV-vis of AuNPs respectively.But it also showed excellent specificity at other metal ions.In this study,we can detect three kinds of heavy metal ions at the same time,so we establish the OR logic gate.The results of this study are in accordance with the regularity of OR logic gate.The resultss of this study are applied to the detection of zebrafish in aquatic products,which is in accordance with our expection.?2?Immunoassay detection of CAP in aquatic products based on aptamerWe used CAP aptamer as a well recognition probe,it might hybridizate with some DNA,and it would bind with CAP-specific,which can also destruct DNA hybridization.As a result,we can detect standard solution of chloramphenicol.The concentration of streptavidin was 5 ?g/mL,the streptavidin-HRP?1 mg/m L?was diluted to 4000-folds,and CAP aptamer concentration was 2 nM.Under the optimal conditions,we obtained CAP standard curve of the line range was 0.001 ppb-1 ppm,and the visual detection limit of 0.001 ppb and the standard curve?R2=0.9935?.The assay was highly specific and the results were not affected by other antibiotics.At the same time,this study is also used in the detection of surimi samples,the recovery rate is good and the test results are also consistent with our expection.
