The assembly sequence planning is an important stage in the course of product development,product assembly sequence optimization is reasonable and can significantly reduce the product development cycle,improve assembly quality,reduce the assembly cost.With the progress of science and technology,modern mechani cal and electrical products,more and more such as aerospace,aviation,automotive,electrical and mechanical manufacturing and other products,in addition to containing rigid there are some parts outside the flexible parts.For this kind of rigid flexible mixed product,assembly process planning,the existing methods is difficult to plan a reasonable assembly process.How to solve the problem with sequence planning with rigid flexible hybrid products,has become mechanical and electrical industries,automobile industry,especially in aerospace manufacturing industry is one of the urgent problems.According to the characteristics of rigid flexible mixed product assembly sequence planning and the existing problems,studies the collision detection technology and rigid flexible hybrid products assembly model,and proposes the solutions of rigid flexible mixed product assembly sequence planning.Collision detection is an important part of assembly sequence planning,collision detection between parts of the quick is the emphasis and difficulty of collision detection.This paper analyzes the interference of bounding box technology,rough collision detection technology,bounding box cross interference judgment method based on these methods is the basis matrix to extract the interference the assembly sequence planning process.Product assembly information modeling is the basis for the realization of assembly planning,assembly information is complete and accurate and that management is a prerequisite for achieving efficient assembly sequence planning.Assembly information modeling of part information,assembly tool information management information,and the initial design model of information extraction and re organization,to establish a set of complete and reliable information data model,to provide the necessary support for the work of data preparation and assembly sequence planning in the future.In solving the mixed product assembly sequence planning,according to the application of assembly interference matrix in the assembly area is put forward and defined the assembly stress matrix,and force matrix interference between parts of the digital assembly.By using the finite element method simulation of assembly process between rigid and flexible parts and two parts flexible parts of the record in the assembly process of the maximum stress and determine whether more than the yield stress of the parts,so as to judge whether the parts assembly has a flexible interference basis.According to the two-dimensional assembly gives the assembly stress matrix with construction process.Secondly,this paper designs corresponding to the assembly should scatter search algorithm matrix,gives the expression to the assembly direction change times and total number of maximum stress as the objective function and gives the Calculation method.A method to improve the design method of generating the initial solution of reconciliation diversification,gives the reference set selection,update,generating subset.Examples are listed part of the cross,ordered crossover,two-point crossover.The restructuring in the selection of parameters using the Taguchi method and TOPSIS method,according to the parameter type and level a series of orthogonal matrix experiment,then determine the optimal parameters.Finally,verify the feasibility of solving the assembly stress matrix in rigid flexible and efficient product sequence planning of decentralized search algorithm with examples.
